You must be legally able to enter into contracts. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account data and for keeping your login credentials confidential, as well as all activity under your account.

MyTutor is a platform connecting those seeking education with tutors and centers. We are not a party to any educational or financial agreement made between users, and we do not guarantee the quality of any educational service provided by a third party.

You own the content you post and remain responsible for it, and you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform for the purpose of operating the service. Content must be accurate, lawful, and must not infringe the rights of others.

• Posting unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive content.
• Impersonating others or submitting forged verification documents.
• Harassing users or sending spam.
• Attempting to hack the App or bypass security restrictions.

Some features may offer paid plans. Prices and terms are shown inside the App before purchase. Any refund is subject to the policy disclosed at the time of purchase, applicable laws, and the terms of the relevant app store.

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the App settings.

The service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages arising from your use of the App or your dealings with other users.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms. Your continued use of the service after the update is posted constitutes acceptance of the new version.
