We collect data you provide directly and data generated from your use of the App:

• Account data: name, email, phone number, account type (tutor/center/parent), and profile picture.
• Listings & content: ad text and images, subjects, grade levels, prices, and messages you send in chats.
• Approximate location: only when you enable the "Nearby tutors" feature; we do not use your location in the background.
• Verification & payment proof: images you voluntarily upload to verify your account or confirm a plan transfer.
• Technical data: device identifier, OS type, and push notification token used to deliver notifications you request.

• Operate the service: create your account, display your listings, and enable communication with other users.
• Safety and abuse prevention: manual content review and account verification.
• Notifications: inform you of messages and updates — only if you enable notifications in settings.
• Improvement: aggregated usage analysis to develop features.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted infrastructure providers needed to run the App:

• Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, notifications) — Google LLC.
• Cloudinary for storing some media files (booklets and summaries).
• Competent authorities where there is a clear legal obligation.

Information you voluntarily publish in a public listing (such as your display name and subject) is visible to App users and visitors of our website.

We retain your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all your data at any time from within the App: Settings → Permanently Delete Account.

Upon deletion we irreversibly remove your listings, chats, images, and login account. For help, contact us at support@eduads.app.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards and restrict access to sensitive data to server-side privileges. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we are committed to protecting your data with the best available standards.

The service is intended for parents, tutors, centers, and adult students. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without parental consent. If you believe such data was collected, contact us to remove it.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent for notifications or location at any time from the App settings or your device system.

We may update this policy periodically and will post the updated version on this page with the "Last updated" date above.
